Jason Phillips (@jasonphillips_iN3) caught himself with -$27 in his account while shopping for Thanksgiving dinner 5 years ago. In the aftermath of this moment, he realized that his success had been inhibited because he gave credence to too many “gurus” that told him his idea would never work. Seeking the approval of others prior to taking action on his vision was crippling his progress.

His passion is to change the world. His platform is nutrition coaching. His mission is to positively affect 1 Billion people through his company iN3 Nutrition (@in3nutrition) and the Nutritional Coaching Institute. Since that day five years ago, Jason has consciously gone his own way. He has created a company that not only explores the best nutrition practices for longevity, aesthetics, and performance but also helps his tribe decipher the “people equation”. According to Jason, the number one thing missing in the space, is connection.

Hop in on this conversation and explore Jason’s journey from career stagnation, to self-fulfillment and purpose. We dive in on his battle with an eating disorder, to what sets the NCI mission and curriculum apart from the others, to giving a speech at his Mastermind retreat that gave a server the freedom to quit his job on the spot and pursue his dream.

This episode is fire! Don’t miss it. Big thanks to Jason for being open and empowering the journey of our tribe!!

Thank you for empowering your journey this week with us on this episode of the Feed Me Fuel Me Podcast (@feedmefuelme)!
