If she looks like a boss, sounds like a boss, and acts like a boss, she probably is a boss! That’s exactly what Sam Davis (@samdavis19) has become, not only her own boss but her own superhero as well!

Like many entrepreneurs, Sam recognized holes in an industry and then built her company around fixing the gaps she saw. Creating a niche market for herself in the process.

Sam has an amazing soul. One in which the value of relationships is unquantifiable. After a last minute trip to see a dear friend, a visit that would be the last before her friend passed away, Sam realized that life is indeed fleeting. She made a promise to her friend and herself, that she would live life to the fullest. Maximizing each and every day.

Today we uncover Sam’s motivation to build a tribe of her own, and find out what drew her to stand in her light and own it as a motivator and person of influence within her industry!! She has lived a lot of life and tells us what it means to be your own superhero. Your own boss, accountable to yourself and no one else.

Happy Monday fam! I have some scary fun facts about processed foods for ya if you’re interested👹 Fun Fact 1️⃣: Processed foods contribute to almost 90% of America’s daily intake of added sugars. The average person consumes 71g of added sugar a day. THAT’S A HALF CUP OF SUGAR EVERYDAY😓 Over consumption of sugar is one of the #1 causes of weight gain. • Fun Fact 2️⃣: Processed foods contain A TON of ingredients that are not found in foods that we would make ourselves like salt, sugar, fats, artificial flavors, colors (did you know this is toxic?), and sweeteners, plus a bunch of preservatives and chemicals that make foods able to last on the shelves for MONTHS (🤢) • Fun Fact 3️⃣: Twinkies (a processed food) literally do not go bad. The shelf life is infinity. Don’t eat twinkies… • Fun Fact 4️⃣: Processed foods are created to make you crave it. When you over load your body with salt and sugar, your brain goes into a happy place (it releases dopamine). There is a reason you have a hard time putting down the tub of ice cream or closing the bag of chips… These companies that process these foods know- They pump their processed foods full of everything that makes your body addicted to them… it keeps you coming back and buying their shitty food. • Fun Fact 5️⃣: Studies show by cutting out processed foods ONLY, and not changing anything else – the average participant loses 12-15lbs A MONTH. Please love yourself enough to feed your body foods that aren’t processed. At least try, that’s all I ask. Stay to the outside of your grocery store and choose foods that go from the farm to your plate🥬🍅🍳🥕🥩
